Johann Piquion, M.D., M.P.H., F.A.C.O.G.
 Dr. Piquion has an excellent academic and clinical background in Obstetrics and Gynecology. After graduation from the University of Virginia she completed a Masters in Public Health at George Washington University with a focus on maternal and child health. Her background includes pregnancy research at the National Institute of Health. These studies in public health have given her an added understanding of prevention strategies, as well as, curative approaches to conditions affecting patients. Dr. Piquion has been in private practice since 2002, where she cares for female patients - from their early teens through postmenopause. A special interest of Dr. Piquion's is treatment for incontinence. She is very experienced with laparoscopic and robotic surgery. She is among the first in upstate New York to perform robotic hysterectomies. She provides gynecologic services which include advanced laparsoscopy robot-assisted, laparoscopic hysterectomy and myomectomy (fidroid removal), anti-incontinence, as well as,other gynecologic surgeries. Dr. Piquion is alsocertified in obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound.
